Well IDK what to say about that except that he's a piece of shit and he thinks he's slick if he's stealing from you. Ask your lawyer if he can ask the court to deal with him or pay what he had to put the price at and leave it at that.

Thanks and yeah. My family and I though of that and asked her as soon as it happened at the start of the year. But since she is a free lawyer (Technically for us), she just won't do bigger paper work. Since the government doesn't give her enough for such issues. She would be paid much more if she didn't do it as 'charity' but her standards limit that extend of it all. It's just a sad joke of reality.
