This subject will be about my opinion about horror.

The things I like and dislike.

So here is my opinion.

First, I like clever monsters. Like The Thing (remake) and the mind games its created in the movie.

Alien is a good movie too.

But I don't like serial killers movies. I tend to not really enjoy them, reason is that most of the time. The victims are stupid or lack logic and the plot doesn't go far.

What I truely enjoy is Evil Dead. 1,2 and 3.

3 is my favorite.

The real conflict in the story of Evil Dead is the necronomicon. And what I like about Ash is that he is just a "Hero of fortune"

Not a complete badass. But he make himself really funny to watch.

Sam Raimi is a great guy to have made this films.

I also like ghost movies, and other haunting related films.

I did watched Poltergeist.

Paranormal activities and others that I can't remember.. But I think ghosts in movies are pretty cool.

Resident Evil is kinda an action/soft horror franchise. I say that because, the action take the horror part less important.

But it is still horror.

Now then, the classic Saw movies.

I think they are the best to the worst movies.

The first one is very good.

The last one, is a damn joke.

And I think it's fine. But the horrific scenes sure made this franchise something else..

I think they lost creativity with their traps and stuff. And sometimes I though it was way too far to be a game that you can survive.

Jigsaw was a smart and dangerous threat.

And that's why tbe first three movies where good. Until he died.

After that it was a mess.

And to finish with Night of the living dead.

I really enjoy all the Zombie movies. I didn't watch all of them, but I have see the one in the mall. And others that I can't recall, but they are old.

Like one who its about a rat that give the virus to the mother of the protagonist.

28 Days Later was awesome and frightning.

28 weeks later was ok.

And the walking dead was special.

Until Glen died..

I read some horror books too. Bit that will be in my next post.

So, basically that is my opinion about horror in movies.

- Don't like slashers/serial killers movies.

- Like monsters/Aliens/Ghosts.

- Appreciate any plot or mysteries.

- Enjoy good action with horror.

She was perfect.

He was not.

But she loved him since the beginning.

The only problem, is that she was a vampire and he was not.

For her race, humans was only food.

But she never seen him as such.

In fact, she wanted but only to live her entire life with him.

His name was Ethan, and her name was Eve.

They both were at the same college, and study art, at night.

Of course at night..

But the thing was, maybe Ethan loved her too.

In fact, she was too perfect for him to even think about the idea to ask her out. Maybe.

It as been like this for what, 6 months now. And he never dare to say the words she was

expecting.

Like "Hi, wanna go on a date?" or "Hey, sexy. Ever wanted to make a baby together?"

That was just her thinking like this. Wondering if he ever was going to make the first move.

But one day, Eve dropped her pencil and Ethan noticed it. He pick it up and give it back to her.

"Thanks." She says to him.

"No problem." Says Ethan.

Then he went back to his place and never dare to talk to her. She sigh in disappointment.. Was he that bad at making conversations?

1 week later.. 2 weeks later.. And he was still like this. Not trying to make any move. And the worst part, is that he was single and was pretty cool. But lacked some confidence.

It was not enough, she wanted more action with him.

So one day, she dropped some blue paint in accident on him and herself.

"Sorry. I am so clumsy.." Says Eve.

"Huh.. It's alright." Say Ethan as he look at his pants covered in blue paint.

"Can I ask you something out of the blue?" She says almost as a joke.

"Ahah, sure." He says as he tries to laugh.

"Are you busy all the time?" She nervously ask.

"Mmh? Not really.. But I work sometimes." He replies instantly.

"Oh, ok. Well let me just pick some water and a piece of cloth." She says and go pick the stuff needed to lean up the mess.

After this, they finally talk a bit.

One week later they chat further about stuff and laugh about mundane things.

It's started to get somewhere.. Until Eve feel the need to drink blood.

The Breach - Chapter 1

Scott walks in the HQ when his phone rings. He pick it up and says "Yeah?"

"Scott, we need you in canada. There is a breach in a deep forest far from the cities.

We will send 5 units with you. Get ready." Says a woman voice.

"Ok, got it madame." Says Scott all serious.

"Call me Megan." She says.

And he hang up the phone.

Few hours later, Scott and the team are in a chopper that is landing in the forestic location of canada. As they land, Scott jump down and look cool pointing his gun at left to right. "What are you doing?" Says one man in the group of five special armed guards.

"Just pointing my gun everywhere." Says Scott all serious.

"Are you for real.." Says the guard and all the men start to laugh.

Scott ignore them and goes in the forest alone.

"We will wait for your call." Says the man on Scott's radio.

"Yeah, got it." Says Scott. Then he continues walking, crack some branchs as he step on them and toss the some with his hand. He go in the darkness without fear. When suddenly he stop, feeling like there is something wrong.

"Hello?" Says Scott on his radio.

But no one responded.

Only a "Screesh" noise can be heard from the radio, and he just shut it to minimum volume.

"Interferances.. I must be close by." Says Scott out loud.

Then Scott take his flash light and look down at his feet, and he sees a gorge that is very dark to see through. If he stepped further, it was it.

He walk to the left and stay cautious to not fall down in the gorge.

When suddenly a scream can be heard in the radio, then gun shots, and then silence.

"Guys?" Says Scott on the radio.

A long silence keep going.

"Ahh.. Shit." Whisper Scott. Then he just shut the radio off and keep walking further in the darkness.

He hold the grip tight of his handgun and he is ready to shoot at anything.

Few more minutes and he arrive in the middle of a forest ring, all is calm and quiet and there is a book on the grass.

Scott open his radio and it's screesh way too loud. Then he close it again.

"Right, it must be here." He says and investigate. He look on the ground and notice three distinct footsteps.

Then he go check the book and pick it up.

"What in the world.." He says to himself.

Something move in the dark, Scott turn and shoots at that direction. "Urrg.." Can be heard.

"No.." Says Scott and he light the direction where he shooted at.

It was the guard who laughed at him earlier, the man drop on the ground.

"Damn it!" Says Scott and he go check the man that he just shot at.

He was dead, his chest was shot by him but then he realize as he touch the back of the man. There was deep lacerations all over him. "What..?" Says Scott and he let the dead body on the ground, and pick up the assault rifle

the guard was holding.

He check the charger, half empty. And just put it back in. Ready to fight at this very moment.

But nothing came out of the darkness.

"What the hell.." Scott says, getting nervous of his situation.

Then a pair of red glowing eyes open in the dark.

And footsteps is heard in the back of Scott. He turn at where the footsteps was going but sees nothing.

"Well.. You seem to have lost your friends. You even finished off the last one."

Scott light where the female voice was coming.

"Welcome mister." Says a woman dressed in a black robe.
