Here is what it's look like. Nothing very big right now.

I just changed the mouse cursor, and created variants.

But now I need to work on the background and etc.

I think it will take a month to get something close as a prototype.

• Studying movies inspiration material
• And more.

I have like hundreds of things going on, and I am the only guy working on this. So in a nutshell, expect me to be very busy for this summer.

I won't do much on newgrounds for few days, the The Detective's Diary won't have any post on it from me for a while too.

Will be working on the story of N.G Noire.

And go to the gym too. Need to work out a bit..

Game I am working on is not that easy to make.

I will take time to figure how to make a prototype of the game, take some time in learning the engine, and

do the best of my efforts to imagine the game perfectly as I want it to be. The fondamentals of making

a detective game, is to start with a Setup, a discovery, a funnel and last a reveal.

I have that in mind.

Other things I could do right now is asking creators of NG to give me some help, info, and inspiration.

Will ask maybe the creator of Johnny Rocketfingers to tell me stuff about point and click game mechanics..

But I dunno if he will help.

Starting to draw new stuff..

And I am not that good at changing style.

But everyone need start somewhere, right?

I am currently taking time to study about how to make the game properly.

I watch the playthrough of L.A Noire and take notes.

Watch some Newgrounds videos and keep some info in my notebook.

Also I bought the Construct 3 engine.

This process will take time, but it sure will make the game more appealing to everyone.

I don't want to miss any options and etc.

I know I lack something.

So I will probably go take some school lessons in art or programming.

• Attempt to make a prototype game.
• Research on NG backstory.
• Draw few monuments.
• Message some creators on NG
• Ask permission to use characters.
• Work on the map of NG City.
• Search for artists and composers for various things in the game.

My schedule will change to day to day, sometimes I will work full time on it. Other time I will take breaks.

Right now I will avoid doing anything until tomorrow.
